Service Pack 4 causes NTDLL.DLL can't find file error
I am reinstalling Windows on my brothers computer.
Since updates are not provided anymore I found Service pack 4 which should install all upgrades. The program will not run because it says a required file NTDLL.DLL can not be found. I included its location WINDOWS/SYSTEM in autoexec.bat path but that did not help. I have seen all kinds of simular complaints, but no solutions, how does one get this program to run? DID ANYONE EVER GET IT TO RUN?
