Default Screen saver freeze on Krnl386.exe

Hello. when my screen saver goes on it freezes and I get this message that
the screen saver (whatever I have chosen) caused an error in KRNL386.EXE.
Nothing gets it out but shutting it off and restarting the pc. Any idea what
causes this and what can be done about it? Many thanks in advance!

Try changing the screensaver - does the same happen for all screensavers?

usually happen over night before the PC going into its deep nap. In the
morning I see the freeze and the message.

Noel, changed the screen saver choice and no freezing for a few days. I hope
it stays that way. Thanks for the suggestion!
