major problems, please help!!

i recently acquired a fujitsu laptop from my dad and it
has windows ME on it. while awaiting my verizon online
dsl kit i decided to do a free sbc yahoo dial up. after
setting this up, i can a ton of error messages: unknown
has caused an error in module unknown, explorer has caused
an error, loadqm has caused an error, rnaapp has caused an
error, ccapp has caused an error, and there's even a few
more that i can't remember now. i tried a system restore,
but that didn't work. now, i have my verizon stuff and i
can't install it because of all of these freaking errors.
i have tried several things and spent several hours trying
to figure it out....can anyone at all help me??????//
