no recovery discs

Default no recovery discs

i bought a comp , used with no disks.
alot of info was deleted , now comp starts up but stops
on the ms windows screen .i checked the dir but it has
nothing in it that i can access.what should i do to
restore the dir , or is that the problem ?

Purchase the retail version of Win98 on eBay or one of the retail sites that
is still selling it. Then I'd suggest formatting and installing Windows
clean.
