Default Rundll32 illegal operation

Does anyone know what Rundll32 is? Everytime I start my
computer, it says that the particular appliation has done
an illegal operation and needs to shut down. Once I shut
it down, the computer is fine. I don't know if I really
need this application or not, but I was wondering if
anyone knew what it is all about and howI can stop it from
commiting the illegal operation all the time. Please
respond at the newsgroup, or email me at .
