Default Prompting for network password for MS Networking?

Everytime I turn on my computer, the first thing that it
does is give me the following prompt: "Enter your network
password for Microsoft Networking". I can hit enter
without entering a password and then it will continue to
load the sytem. How do I turn this prompt off?
