Upgrade from NT 4.0
My friend has a computer bought from his employer that has Win NT 4.0 on it.
He bought a XP Home Edition upgrade but it won't upgrade. I have the computer now, can I upgrade from NT to ME with a ME Upgrade disk? Please advise. Thanks

Whilst 9x systems can often be upgraded to NT based system the reverse is not true. -- Mike Maltby
