Default Virtual Memory.

I am shortly going to upgrade my PC from 512k to 1 meg of RAM. I know about
the vcache setting and will create that when necessary. However, I set the
Virtual Memory manually as I have been advised in the past that this is the
best thing to do. At present both options are set to 512k (520) to mirror
the actual RAM size. Not knowing how Virtual Memory interacts with Vcache
etc, when I expand the RAM should I change the Virtual Memory setting to
1024 or leave it at 520?
Thanks
Alan

The advice you have received in the past is wrong. The best option is to
let Windows manage virtual memory for you. That way you don't have to worry
about making any changes when you add extra RAM.
