It actually sounds like I have this virus since
some .exe's work especially that are dos related. I'll see
what anti-virus program I can come up with. Thanks

You don't have an anti-virus program? What about a firewall? If I had to
choose between a AV and a firewall, at least I'd opt for the firewall.
