Ram Memory?
I am trying to upgrade from a 64mb to a 128mb Ram.My
computer says It has a Celeron 900MHXZ/100MHZ. When shopping I find a message that PC133 Moduels are no longer backward Compatable with Pc 100 Machines. What is a PC133 mod. and how does it differ from a PC 100. Is the Pc 133 module faster than the 100? If I can get one of the original compatable pc133 modules for my compute will it be a better choice than a PC 100 module? CONFUSED |

'tis true. Most memory manufacturers are warning about this. A quick
Google should give you the details. -- Richard G. Harper [MVP Win9x] * PLEASE post all messages and replies in the newsgroups * for the benefit of all. RTFM to be sure. -- "Time will bring to light whatever is hidden; it will cover up and conceal what is now shining in splendor." Horace (65 - 8 BC); Roman poet. Mike |

Well I"m mixing CL3 and "CL2.5" semi-successfully (I'm only getting CL3) Rick |
