Default printer needs usb port

I have a Mac with Windows98 loaded in Parrallels. I loaded the soft
ware for HP psc 950 printer in both are and I can print as a MAC but
not as a pc. I tried loading the printer as network printer
indicating the USB port but the message says it is not connected? Any
suggestions???
