Cannot Access Secure Sites
For some reason suddenly I cannot access any secure web
sites. My Norton Internet Security will not allow me to change any of its settings and will not allow me to remove it. I used the Symantec remove utility and it worked. However I am without any protection. Has anyone encountered this before?
