Outlook 97
I'm running Office 97 Pro on Windows XP Home. I had been using Outlook
Express until I went onto broadband and decided to use Outlook. It does not load. The first, title screen comes up but then an error message "The MAPI spooler has shut down unexpectantly. Close all mail enabled applications before attempting to log on again" This happened when I was online and no other applications running. Help please. Michael |

XP questions should be asked in an XP newsgroup, and Outlook questions
should be asked in an Outlook newsgroup. From the list on the left Select Office then Outlook and select the group that seems most appropriate, such as install and configure. -- Jeff Richards MS MVP (Windows - Shell/User) "Michael H" Michael wrote in message ...
