Unable To Install Win98SE . . .
I can get the SetUp.exe file to open, but then everything
freezes and I have to reboot. I tried to install via the Control Panel, but my laptop freezes when I try to even open the Control Panel. Any thoughts? Thanks! in advance for your helpful assistance.
