Missing files on installing Win 98 (se)

After multiple attemps to instal/refresh win 98 (se) the
following files do not download/extract.
The problem appears that the file on Cd (or a part of it)
win98_45.cab is corrupt.
The files that I am missing a
icwoobe.exe
icwrmind.exe
icwscrpt.exe
icwtutor.exe
IESHWIZ.EXE
inetwiz.exe
internat.exe
isignup.exe
jdbgmgr.exe
jview.exe
krnl.exe
lights.exe
imgstart.exe
label.exe
krnl386.exe
Somebody please help!

Instead of installing from the CD, copy the installation folder from the CD
to the hard drive and install from the hard drive copy. Not only is reading
the hard drive during installation more reliable, if there is a problem with
the CD you will detect it when you do the copy, and you can fix the problem
then (eg, copy from a different source, or clean/repair the CD drive).
