EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in module explorer.exe
I installed a game called Thomas The Train Trouble on the Tracks, and after
that I have not been able to get windows to start. I log in, and then get a blank screen with the above error msg. I have re-installed Windows 98 TWICE, and also tried to replace some of the .dll files with newer versions using advice I got from the kb, to no avail. I am unable to access one of my hard drives now, and can't get to the darn game to uninstall it! Please help. |

If you go to the KB and search on the message within quotes on all products,
there are five articles that contain the error message. So does this article: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=225040 -- Regards Ron Badour, MS MVP for W98 Tips: http://home.satx.rr.com/badour Knowledge Base Info: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?pr=kbinfo "vibrantjewels" wrote in message ...
