Map W98 to W2K Server
I do not want to log on to this network, but want to map a Windows 98 PC to a
Windows 2000 server named 'Server' with a directory called 'Apps' that is shared. When I put the server name in the path field and click OK, it says 'you must supply a password to make this connection' - Resource: \\Server\Apps. The password used to log on to the server does not work. If I look in Network Neighborhood, I can see all the PCs on the network. How can I make this connection? Thanks. |

Map W98 to W2K Server
Unless you log onto the network, you won't be able to.
