DOS net commands
I have set up a LAN consisting of WINME and WIN95 and the
two computers have a cross-over cable connected between NICs. File transfer and printer sharing are working o.k. I am getting some problems in WINME while trying out some net commands like net view /? or net use /? or even help /?. The message I get is "Bad command or file name". The same commands work o.k. in WIN95. I do not see anything wrong in the syntax. This has started recently. While setting up the LAN I used the commands on both computers without a hitch. Is some command interpreter falling apart in WINME? Please help. Thanks. A.M. |
