From G-Tek Technologies and pre-installed on some Packard Bell PCs,
Warner or CyberWarner protects critical files.

Have a look here at a previous thread on this error:
http://snipurl.com/7o25

Since the update that supposedly fixes this is not available any longer for
download, you may want to disable CyberWarner:
From http://j23456.50megs.com/pb/howtos/howtos4.html :
------
How do I turn off the CyberWarner program?

In order to exit CyberWarner left-click the mouse on the green CyberWarner icon
(magnifying glass with an eye in it) which is located on System Tray at the bottom
of the Desktop. A popup window will appear. Click on "Exit." Another dialog box will
appear warning that exiting CyberWarner will expose the computer to user or
application damage. Click the "Yes" box to exit the program.

In order to prevent CyberWarner from loading in following startups, open the Control
Panel, choose the CyberWarner icon, select the Startup tab, and take the check out
of the Option for "Run CyberWarner Automatically at Startup".
