Windows Explorer - new folder option is missing
For some reason I can no longer create a new folder anywhere from within
Windows Explorer. Even clicking on the File button does not show the "New" option. Any suggestions as to how to get it back. Thanks.

The reason is probably nVidia drivers recently installed.

Yes, Nvidia drivers were installed. Never would have thought of that. Thanks.
