Default Interesting problem for experts

We are a Windows 2003 shop. We have a problem with one of the computers
with Windows 98. When trying to connect to the domain it gives the following
error:

No domain server was available to validate your password

I am tried to login as administrator and the same result. I reset the users
password and the same error appears.

I do not know what else to do.

Please advise.

For 98 clients you need to disable the digitally sign communications always
policy.
