CTRL-Alt-Delete Doesn't
This key combination has no effect on my computer. I always have to turn it
off and back on instead of being able to use the Ctrl-Alt-Delete option. Any ideas? Thanks, Dale |

Please help others help you by being more specific. My suspicions are that you mean
using ctrl+alt+del when you get a BSOD (Blue screen of death), and if that is the case much more info is needed. Please supply the exact error message, when it happens, what you were doing at the time it happened, any apps you uninstalled/installed lately, yada yada. Please click the link below my sig for info on proper posting. -- Brian A. Conflicts start where information lacks. http://www.dts-l.org/goodpost.htm "Dale" wrote in message ... Click Start Run, type: system.ini and click OK.
Look under the [386Enh] section heading. If it contains the entry "LocalReboot=Off" or "False", change it to "LocalReboot=On" or "True". If it does not contain the entry, add it: LocalReboot=True Click File menuSave, then Exit. Re-boot. glee,
your response was much more civil and un-military like, I suggest dale takes your advice and keeps on enjoying life before it becomes a tad too computer-ised. g/h "glee" wrote in message ...
