I've been using the Free version No. 5.0.590.043 here for the past 4 days
(update, not re-install) without any ill effects - Yet!!

And I never had any problems last time g And if that isn't tempting
things...

Joe,

I've been using ZA Pro 5.0.590.015 without problems on this machine since 16
June.

I'm using it without any problems apart from not being able to defrag last
week, have since had an upgrade installed but haven't tried a defrag yet.
Another issue may be the fact I'm running XP so I don't know the effects
of running it in ME.

Hi Mart, it's funny that because I'd just done the maintenance on John's
machine which is XP with ZA5 installed and it defragged with no problems
turned round to do mine and it wouldn't, came up with a box about it. I'm
not that worried at the moment because mine is not usually that fragmented
anyway, but it's routine to do it the first Monday every month. g

I did an upgrade on v5 on the 23rd of this month to version 5.0.590.043
and it seems to have cleared up my problems, I can now defrag and
checkdisk without problems g
I'm not sure how that version will run on WinME though.

Hi Joan, I see (elsewhere on the thread) that you've now got it working OK.
Did you 'upgrade' or 'clean install' - mine was an update this time but a
clean one last time (v.015 I think). Don't know if it will prove anything
g but it *might* help others.
