Default reallocating drive space

i recently installed an 8 gb hard drive to replace my old
drive, but am constantly running out of space on drive c:

can i delete one of the drives i don't use, ie. e:, and
reassing that space to c:?

You would need a third-party program to do this. (Such as Partition Magic)
