Default Folders Will Not Open to Same View.

Hello,

I wish my folders (including My Computer, My Documents,
Recycle Bin and all other folders to open to the same
view, which option, in my understanding of 'View', is full
screen and details.

I have tried everthing I know of. Dragging them to full
screen and accessing (via Tools) Folder Options | View tab
and clicking on 'Like Current Folder'.

In Folder Options | General Tab I have checked:

Enable Web Content...'desktop' and 'in folders'.
Open each... in the same window.

I believe a recent format/install has presented me with
this difficulty. I may be wrong but I cannot recall a
similar difficulty prior to that event.

And... does 'View' include the size of the folder window?
If not then I am asking too much.

Help much appreciated.

Ben.
