My internet connection stops when I defrag a disk!

This may be normal because DEFRAG uses both CPU time and
HD writing functions so intensively. This seems to be the reason
some non-MS utilities allow you to set the CPU load between
10 per cent (background) and 90 pct. (foreground.) Which utility
do you use to DEFRAG?
