something's still wrong. What did you do?

UTC -1600 would put you in Western Australia (e.g., Perth), but then the
date would be Fri., 19 Sept 2008.

You need to adjust both your date and time zone (which should be UTC -0700
for PDT currently).

AFAIK, there is no such thing as UTC -1600, despite it showing in his

On second thought, I figured some clarification might be in order there.
eg

AFAIK, there is no such thing as UTC -1600, despite it showing in his
headers.


I was thinking the same thing, Alan. How those headers are showing
UTC -1600 remains a mystery to me.
