stop IE from looking for updates automatically on startup
I'm running Windows 98 SE.
I'm trying to figure out how to stop IE from trying to go the Microsoft website and get updates when I first startup IE. I can click on Home and go on with my business but it's annoying. It doesn't do it all the time, just every once in a while. |

ToolsOptionsAdvanced tab. It's the fourth option in the list.
