win98 doesn't have "Open With..."
I need the "open with" option so I can change this computer from
opening .jpg's with IE to another program. I don't see "open with" and when I go to properties, I don't have the change option. How can I add this??? Thanks |

Press and hold down a Shift key, and then right-click on the JPG file. That will display the proper menu which includes "Open with....". |
