Default Major problems with word

This is what happened:

I got spyware crap on my computer which made it really slow. On the advice
of Comcast technical support, I downloaded Adaware software to get rid of
it. Then was told to delete some .EXE files. Well, it seems that I may
have deleted some necessary files as WORD, MEDIA PLAYER, CD MAKER, and a few
other programs are not allowing me to access them or the files.

I have tried to restore my computer to a prior date to no avail. I have
also tried to run my reinstall CDs for Windows Operating System and
Microsoft XP, but I get an error message that the TEMP file can not be
accessed. I think I may have deleted some TEMP files or something.

Anyways, I really need to access my word documents. Can anyone help me?
