Default Help on ME machine.

Is it possible to get help on my machine with windows ME from the internet.
With XP pro it is possible, but is it also with ME??

whatever problem you are having with your system?

Default Help on ME machine.

The problem is that the pc of my nice crached. They reinstalled ME, but know
the
sound is not working. They can't find the CD for the soundcard.
I thought. Maybe if I could take over their pc from home, I could solve the
problem.
I have XP pro on my pc.

They/You should be able to download a Win Me driver for their soundcard from
the manufacturer's web site.

They don't know much about a PC, so I have to do it.
But is it possible to take over the machine??

Default Help on ME machine.

Not without installing third party software. Win Me doesn't include Remote
Desktop or support.
