Cant get Win98se to read Sandisk Flash Stick
I just picked up a 4gb Sandisk Cruzer Micro flash stick and it is not
recognized in Win98se. I DO have NUSB33 installed. I went to the Sandisk website and they do not have a driver for Win98. They do have one for Cruzer (not the Micro). I installed it and it only read as a 2gb stick. Is there any way to make this thing work? Otherwise it goes right back to Walmart. Thanks Jim |

From Sandisk's point of view Win98 became obsolete 6 or 7 years ago. -- Don Phillipson Carlsbad Springs (Ottawa, Canada) |

If so, does it have more than one partition? Otherwise r-click the drive in Explorer and check its Properties. Does it have a FAT32 or FAT16 file system? If FAT16, then you'll have to reformat it as FAT32. - Franc Zabkar -- Please remove one 'i' from my address when replying by email. |
