I had nothing but trouble with that, and other, versions of Netscape. I
disposed of all of them and use Explorer.....much easier than "flogging the
dead horse."
Heirloom, old and Explorer works just fine

Netscape 7.1 works just fine on my XP and ME systems . AND, security
exploits/vulnerabilities are not as numerous as in relation to IE.
Of course, less than 5% of browsers are Netscape/Mozilla based,
thus, less exploits are aimed at it.

Should have included that was "my opinion"......I could be wrong.
Admittedly, with Mow as an example, there are many satisfied Netscape users.
Sorry, Mow...no offense intended.
Heirloom, old and still with Explorer

Hey, it's worked great on ME, XP, UP, we all P.
No need to install critical updates since no one uses it
hence , few deviants write exploits for it.
Firefox Rocks !

(Posting via webface-interface..." oh, the horror " )
