Windows 98SE upgrade CDs are sometimes available on e-Bay, or you could try
the on-line software stores. The full retail or the upgrade retail are best,
but are also most expensive. You should avoid the OEM version as it is
desinged for installation to a new system and it might not be possible to
use it as an upgrade. See:
