Default Media PLayer 7.01

When I go to a website I get streaming audio yet if I click
on Radio Tuner I only get the message: "Use Radio Tuner to
find radio stations on the internet....."etc. Nothing else
there. Same if I click on Media Guide.....only a message,
nothing else.

Any ideas?
