I do a great deal of shopping through their site

Frankly it must be a lot of work. I clicked "Buy" on a dozen items.
All but one took me not to the item but to the company's home page.
That one took me to a "Not available" page.

Where all of the ones that you clicked on (except the one) a company with
low ratings or no ratings? The companies who do that are usually ousted
fairly quick and, depending on when you clicked the link, had different
content as the content changes quite often. I've had a few sites that I've
clicked through to find exactly what I wanted. I found some that had
different prices. If I'm too bothered I'm not bashful, I'll hit the
complaints button and let Pricewatch know about it. The reason I use the
Pricewatch site is because I've found it to be the best source at the best
price over-all thoughout the years. Once in a while I'll find it cheaper
elsewhere but it's not very often.

Could be. I was looking on the low end of the price range. I've found
it's very difficult to find the few stores that have both good prices
and good reviews.

I do NOT like to recommend specific brands, sites, or retail outlets.
However, in this case, I will say that I've had made several purchases from
this company and been very pleased with the results. In one instance there
was a hardware fault, I offered to void the warranty if they sent me the
replacement part to save both of us shipping, they sent the part AND kept
the warranty intact... I was impressed with that. Look for E.T. Company on
the Pricewatch pages or try this link:

I strive (you can Google my posts) to avoid specific software unless I have
more than one company to point to and I never have recommended a vendor in
my life. I buy a great deal of hardware and software online. The above
company is the one that I personally would go to should you desire a quality
used laptop with a good warranty, service, shipping, and at a decent price.
No... I don't work for them... I don't even know them beyond two or three
emails to solve the above problem. Interestingly enough, the 1 review on the
page? That'd be me... And no, I'm not about to keep recommending anyone but
in this case I felt obligated to share my findings. g
