ngen and netfxupdate
I just cleaned up a 98 machine and issued it to a different user. I noticed
in task manager that there are two processes running that I haven't seen before. One is ngen.exe and the other is netfxupdate.exe. I ran SpyBot and AdWare before transferring the computer, and found several items that were cleaned. It also is running McAfee Antivirus, with up-to-date dat files. Does anyone know what these processes are? |
