Default Connect 98 Wirelessly With Router On XP

I am getting conflicting reports as to whether or not I can use a Belkin
FSD7000 Network Card (or any other), in my 98 computer to link wirelessly to
the router attached, with an ethernet cable, to my XP computer. Can anyone
clarify for certain please?,
