think about while it's happening.

As I explained earlier in this nonsense, I bottom post most of the
time. I just don't advocate that other people should follow my
example. I believe that people should do what they consider is best
for themselves within reason, not what I consider is best for me.

I consider it best that messages are delivered in a concise easy to
read form.

And many people have reasonably choosen that top posting is best for them.

Otherwise it is likely to get ignored or even annoy people
if it is too illegible.

Both have happened to me, despite being totally legible. Thems the risks
you take by putting you words out on the USENET.

I notice you use the term bottom post, if you
mean what I would call interleaved posting, I think it is a bit
ambiguous because it implies that all the answer should go after all
the quoted text, which isn't good.

Interleaving / Bottom Posting are the basically the same thing. You put
your words below those you are responding to, as oppose to above.

If you respond to a one sentence post, and you reply below it, is it
interleaved or bottom posted?

Republicans - Democrats
Bottom Post - Top Post

Bottom Posters are like the social conservative right wing of the Republican
party, and Interleavers are like the moderates of the Republic party.

I'm an Independent, I see that there are circumstances where sometimes I'm a
social conservate, sometimes I'm a moderate, and sometimes I'm a Democrat.
Depends on the circumstance. Just like the way I post, sometimes I'm on the
top, somtimes I'm on the bottom, but I mostly Interleave. Just depends on
what *I* consider would be the most appropriate form for *MY* *POST*!

If someone doesn't want to read my words just because it is top posted or
bottom posted or interleaved, then I really wouldn't want an a**hole like
that to read my words either. I write my opinions for those with an open
mind, eventhough I do repond to the closeminded all the time, I don't reply
for them, but for other people that are openminded that might be reading the
conversation.

[My true political beliefs are not represented in the above analogy, so
don't bother]

Ah, the lamers attempt to try and describe away something he used in an
argument that obviously *does* mean something to him or he'd never have used
the weak use of it in the first place. The lamer above is describing this
thread as a "war", a "battle", and then tries to hide the fact that in his own
delusional mind it *HAS* become some kind of political quagmire in his easily
confused mind.

And that's good for *YOU*! Other people aren't as anal as you are.

Unfortunately the polical analogies don't mean that much to me, I'm in
England and we don't just have 2 political parties. We have 3 major
parties and several other significant parties (and the other countries
in the UK have even more).

Okay, some women like it on top, and others like being on the bottom, some
in the missionary position, some doggie-style . . . .

Do I really need to go on?

The thing is, if you have several hundred postings in your news\mail
and someone makes a comment that appears out of sequence above what it
refers to and you would need to read a couple of paragraphs to work it
out, then it gets ignored, whereas if all you needed to do is read one
sentance above it it wouldn't.

SO BE IT! I CAN NOT CONTROL HOW PEOPLE READ MY POSTS! ALL I CONTROL IS HOW
I WRITE MY POSTS, BASED ON WHAT I FEEL IS MOST APPROPRIATE FOR THE
SITUATION, NOT BECAUSE WHAT YOU OR ANYBODY ELSE BELIEVES IS BETTER!

I am an individual, and your traditions are meaningless to me.

CRAWL BACK TO YOUR SQUIRREL HOLE AND TAKE THE REST OF YOUR NETNAZIS BACK
WITH YOU!

The poor delusional Kurt, now having thoughts of only sex, makes analogies to
any argument presented him for the time being. The delusional mind not being
smart enough to go off on different tangents until the first one is
met...probably by some form of orgasm in his pants.
After the scarmbled delusional mind is able to concentrate again on any real
argument presented him, it goes ballistic and out of control. Often the mind
will spew babblings that only amoeboid can understand. It is also the time that
this patient would be subdued as gently as possible and administered the
necessary drugs to bring him back to a calm but dazed state of mind. He is then
allowed to wander the halls with a stoooopid grin on his face and a drool rag
in his hand.

That is a strange and wildly inaccurate assumption to make. Many Acorn
and RISC OS users also have wide experience, often on a daily basis,
of other OSes.

I wasn't even talking about their software.

The convention is set up so it's harder to use
the msnews servers to spam other groups.

Doesn't appear to work to well then does it.

Why? Is some group being spammed by a msnews group? That would be you CSAM
guys.

And MS already canceled your imposter post telling us all to "F*ck
off."

So you keep telling us and I am sure that most of us are really glad
that was so.
