Default reloading 98 windows

While tring to reload 98 Windows I ran into trouble. I
have a ton of files and other items missing. How do I get
these items back or reloaded. I had made a mistake in not
making a back up disc. I have a Compaq computer. Missing
are the following 'dhcpc
svc.dll', 'mgallx64.dll', 'choosusr.dll', 'ksclockf.ax',
system.ini file, vnetsup.vxd, vnetbios.vxd, vredir.vxd,
dfs.vxd, network dynamic link libary, msnp32.dll.
I can't believe I made a total mess of this. Thanks
forever can help me.
