PCTools tweaks for win 98
Have anybody tried this PCTools tweaks for Internet? Does it really help?
Cable Modem and DSL Speed Tweak to Increase Performance http://www.pctools.com/guides/registry/detail/646/ Optimize Internet Connection Speed http://www.pctools.com/guides/registry/detail/30/ Optimize the DefaultRcvWindow & DefaultTTL Settings http://www.pctools.com/guides/registry/detail/31/ Is it safe? There is utility called Tweak Manager that has implemented some of this tweaks.
