shortcuts are not short
Short cuts on desktop are not working very well if at
all.Sometimes a reboot helps but not consistently. Could I have inadvertently deleted a necessary file?

shortcuts are not short
Shortcuts do not respond meaning that they do not open the
assigned program consistently. Is it just shortcuts on the desktop, or all shortcuts everywhere? Do you experience
