Default Missing .DLL File

After downloading and installing an update to a firewall and anti-virus
program called eTrust EZ Armor, I now receive the following message when
rebooting the computer with Windows 98:
"A required .DLL file, DRIVERIF.DLL, was not found."
How do I correct this?

Are you sure you followed the installation instructions exactly? Typically,
you must disable and them uninstall your AV software before installing an
update. If you don't follow the correct procedure these sorts of errors can
occur.

The instructions read to NOT uninstall your current version of software. The
update should be installed as an upgrade to your existing software. Do you
know what a DRIVERIF.DLL file is and how to restore it?

I would guess that the supplied instructions are not properly matched to the
software. I would recommend asking the supplier for information about why
their installation procedure failed to install this file.

I was finally able to correct my problem from information sent to me from the
supplier, as the DRIVERIF.DLL file is associated with the supplier's program.
It is not a Mircosoft file. Thanks for taking the time to help me out.
