What's the file's name and where do you believe it should be located? What
is the exact error message you are getting?

I found it in the McAffee folder. I tried repairing, uninstall & reinstall.
It hasn't helped. It is something like cyberm~mapieng it tells me it is
missing a file that may be needed to run windows properly. I have to hit
"any" key a few times before it will load windows.

If McAfee has recently detected and quarantined a virus then it's possible
that you need to go through a proper removal process. Did the message start
appearing about the time that McAfee told you it had detected something?
Can you get to the McAfee logs to see if there's a clue to what happened?
It's quite possible that attempting to find and re-activate this file will
enable the virus to attack your system. Or, you might simply need to
re-install an application. The exact file name is critical to determining
the next step.
