Default Print prob - edges not printing

When I print from Outlook Express, IE, or a Help article
from Windows, Quicken or any other program; my copy has
1/8" cut off on both sides of the page, just enough to cut
off half or all of a character on both sides of the paper.
I thought it was my printer, but changed to a different
printer and it continues to happen. It does not happen
when I print from Word. I figure it is some setting that I
have changed or got changed, but I can't figure it out. My
OS is Win ME. Please help. Bob
