Windows PC doesn't connect to internet unless modem turned on firs
When I boot a windows 98 PC before turning on my cable modem and my router,
I can't connect to the internet. If I turn on the modem and router before I boot it, I can connect. How do I get Windows 98 to connect if the router and modem were turned on after booting? I'd rather not reboot the PC in this case if there's another solution. |
