Default Toolbar Problems

HELP........I noticed that my toolbar does not look the same. Instead of
"back" and "forward" it now says "cut" and "paste", I no longer have a
"refresh" tab, the "refresh" icon has been replaced with "encoding" which
does not refresh. Can someone help me to get it back to normal again? Thanks

Default Toolbar Problems

Rightclick an unused part of the toolbar, select Customize and use
what suits you.
