Default samsung K4D261638F - TC40

Just reformatted with w98se and just could not find the driver for this
grahic/video card chips with the following markings:

Samsung K4D261638F - TC40

Other markings on the card a-
F-X5200UL TRA(41H) DDR128MAW/TV+DVI

I have look up at Samsung website but surprise no luck, May be I dont know
how. So hope someone will be able to assist to direct to the correct driver.
At the moment, the display adapters- std PCI Graphic Adapter (VGA).
I suppose, when I find the drive, download into desktop and do an update of
the Std PCI Graphic Adapter (VGA) , TIA

Samsung only made the ram chips, ram chips dont have drivers.
Its an Nvidia GeForce card, driver is here
