Default How to start Windows without loading programs?

Can someone please tell me how to get to the dialog box
that allows you to start up without having all the
programs running after the start up. This is not the Safe
Mode I'm talking about.

Hi Glenn,
Are you thinking of:
StartRun MSCONFIG? I *think* that's what you have in mind. Bear in mind
however, that MSCONFIG, used in that manner, is really for troubleshooting
purposes.
