Default Dr. Watson locks ctrl alt delete (strg+alt+entf) taskmanager

Hello!
At first I have got 2 Problems.
The first is that I get an invalid page fault 0167:bff87ede that I get
if I try to start Macromedia Flash Mx 2004 .

And the problem maybe someone can help me is that if I close Dr.Watson
with shows me this error message my keyboard suddenly has locked the
ctrl-alt-delete combination and so I can't close still running
programs.
When I then try to shutdown using the startmenu I get a message that
there are still applications that are running (but I can't close them
because of the lock)
and can't shutdown *help*.
I would be really happy for any help.
